Who We Are
We are a group of ACL users at various levels dedicated to improving our work projects through the use of ACL. We strive to help users implement ACL into their current projects, develop new applications for use, and increase the efficiency and effectiveness of ACL use.
How we got Started
Our User Group is directly affiliated with ACL Services Ltd. This site was created with information obtained from www.acl.com.
About the Founder
The group was founded by Jan Beckmann, Principal at Brown Smith Wallace, LLC, a St. Louis based professional services firm. Jan leads the Firm’s Data Analysis Services. Prior to Brown Smith Wallace, she was a consultant and trainer for ACL for several years. Her training on ACL came through her experience as an external auditor for Deloitte and an internal auditor for Anheuser-Busch. She is a CPA, an ACL Certified Trainer, and an ACL Certified Data Analyst (ACDA). Jan has seen the difference ACL use can make on an audit or investigation and thinks it is essential for a successful audit practice or any ongoing analysis.
